Shipping, Exchange and Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship from Tibet, China.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. In the event of any discrepancy, the amount shown at checkout is final.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
Current shipping destinations
We currently ship to:
Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Please note that international shipping fees do not include customs duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities in your destination country may hold your package until duties are paid. These charges may be applied upon or after delivery. We are not responsible for these costs.
If a package is refused due to customs fees or taxes, we will not provide a full refund or free re-shipment. If the item is returned to us for this reason, once received and inspected, we will deduct the original shipping cost plus a $10 processing fee before issuing a refund for the remaining amount.
Failed delivery or unclaimed packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and we are notified by the carrier, we will attempt to contact you via email. If there is no response within the carrier’s holding period, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, we will not provide a full refund or free re-shipment. If you request re-shipment, additional shipping fees will apply. If you request a refund, the original shipping cost plus a $10 processing fee will be deducted before refund.
Lost or missing packages
If your order shows as shipped but not received, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue with the carrier.
If you contact us after 30 days, we may not be able to guarantee a refund or replacement unless you provide official proof from the carrier that the package was not delivered.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
•Items must be unused and in original condition
•Must include original packaging
•Must not be damaged or altered
•Return shipment must be sent within 14 days after we confirm your return request

Please include:
•Your order number
•Reason for return
•Photos if the item is damaged or defective
If the return is due to a change of mind, or if the issue was clearly stated in the product description, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.
We are not responsible for refunds if:
•Packages are refused due to high duties or taxes
•Packages cannot clear customs due to restrictions
•Items are confiscated by customs
